ANKC GSD Survey
As a result of the motion carried at the 2015 GSDCA AGM the ANKC have approved that a survey is conducted of all owners of registered German Shepherd Dogs to amend the current Litter Registration Limitations (LRL) relative to screening for hip and elbow dysplasia for German Shepherd Dogs.
The survey will only take a couple of minutes of your time to complete. You will require your membership number and the registered number and date of birth of a German Shepherd registered in your name.
The adoption of these changes is seen as an essential measure for the further improvement in the health of the GSD and evidence that the GSDCA together with the Australian National Kennel Council (ANKC) take health and welfare issues seriously.
So that these changes are implemented please ensure that you take the time to register a ‘yes’ vote by 1st March 2016.
